Our Support Commitment
Product support and updates are included in the price of the annual licence fee; if you hold a current licence, then they are all part of the service.
If you have a support issue, you can contact us by ‘phone on 0203 793 7740. We are available on weekdays between 9am and 5.30pm UK Time, excluding bank holidays. Support is also provided as part of all trial packages, with the same level of services as full licence holders.
The latest version of the Optanon User Manual and Deployment Guide is available online to existing customers and is updated regularly as we release new functionality.
