If you have a support issue, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will respond to you within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Support is also provided as part of all trial packages, with the same level of services as full licence holders.


The latest version of the CookiePro User Manual and Deployment Guide is available online to existing customers and is updated regularly as we release new functionality.
